I have had 15 years of experience in assurance and advisory services including 8 years in one of the Big 4 CPA firms. I am responsible for various projects of auditing, corporate, financial reporting, and internal control. During my 15 years of experience in assurance and advisory area, I have accumulated considerable experience in auditing and accounting, and has been involved in audit, due diligence on investment projects, and internal control reviews of many Hong Kong listed companies and private enterprises.
My expertise included: assurance and business advisory, audits for listed companies, IPO projects and acquisition transactions and due diligence. My strengths are in internet finance, construction, telecommunication, tourism, textile, and retail industries.
I have also accumulated commercial experience as executive director, independent non-executive director and CFO in Hong Kong listed companies.
