1. Financial statement audit

Our audit work provides quality, integrity, technical excellence, exceptional service, and a broad understanding of financial and nonfinancial factors. We offer our audit opinions on financial statements prepared in accordance with a range of relevant Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), including those applicable in Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Singapore, and other capital markets.

2. Capital markets services (Initial Public Offerings – IPO)

Our professionals are experienced in initial public offerings (IPOs) and restructuring for listing, on both local and international securities exchanges. We act as reporting accountants, performing audits of listing-related financial statements, and advising on accounting treatments and comments raised by the regulators.

As part of our pre-IPO services, we also advise on a company’s listing preparations including its operations, finance, and management teams; assist in liaising with the sponsors and other advisors; and facilitate the sponsors’ financial due diligence.

3. Accounting advisory services

In order to help companies respond to changing accounting standards and regulations, and to address the impacts of business change, we can provide advisory and training services on PRC GAAP, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS) and US GAAP.
